Naviser (hereinafter referred to as "the App") highly values user privacy. This privacy policy briefly explains how we handle information related to your use of the App.

  • This App is a locally running route planning tool.
  • Data related to route planning (locations, routes, sorting results, etc.) is only stored on your device locally and will not be uploaded to our own servers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

During your normal use of the App, we will not:

  • Require you to register an account or log in.
  • Collect your name, phone number, ID number, or other personally identifiable information.
  • Store your locations, routes, search history, or trip history on our own servers.

  • Use your data for personalized advertising.

Local Storage & Location Information

1. Local Data

The locations you input, generated routes, sorting results, etc., are only saved locally on your device (in the app sandbox or system database). When you uninstall this App, this data will be deleted from your device along with the App.

2. Location Information

  • This App may use system-provided location services to display your current location or plan routes with your current location as the starting point.
  • Location data is provided and managed by the operating system (such as iOS) and is only used for on-device route calculation and interface display. We will not upload your precise location to our own servers.

3. System Backup Explanation

If you have enabled iCloud backup or other system-level backup services, local data from this App may be included as part of your device backup, encrypted and managed by Apple or other service providers. This portion is not within the direct control of this App.

Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions and one-time purchases within this App are processed by Apple's App Store payment system.
  • We will not access your complete payment information (such as credit card numbers). Related information is handled and protected by Apple and its partners.
  • We will only determine whether you have unlocked corresponding features locally based on the purchase status returned by Apple. We will not upload this status information to our own servers, nor will we use it for advertising purposes.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you actively contact us through email or other means (such as reporting issues, providing suggestions), we may see your provided:

  • Email address or nickname;
  • Problem description, screenshots, and other content.

We will only use this information for:

  • Contacting you and responding to your questions;
  • Analyzing and fixing issues, improving the product.

If you wish to delete these communication records, you may contact us at any time to request deletion.

Minor Protection

This App is not specifically designed for minors. If you are a guardian and believe that a minor has provided information to us without your consent, please contact us, and we will assist in deleting relevant content as soon as possible.
